South Coast Cheer

Welcome to the 2024-2025 SCYF Cheer Season!

At SCYF Cheer, we cheer for our football teams every weekend from August-November. We also compete at the OEC Cheer Competition for an opportunity to advance to the WESCON Regional Cheer Competition, The Pop Warner National Cheer and Dance Competition and the JAMZ National Cheer Competition.

The sideline season typically runs from August to November, with practices starting on August 1st. If your team earns and accepts a bid to the National Cheer Competition and/or the JAMZ National Cheer Competition your season could continue into January (or early February).

If you are interested in becoming involved as a cheer coach or learning more about the board, we want to hear from you. Volunteering is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on youth athletes. South Coast and the OEC provide training to all our coaching staff.
