Financial Assistance Application

The purpose of the Financial Assistance Program is to provide partial financial assistance for South Coast Youth Football & Cheer registration expenses to participant families in the San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Beach and San Juan area who wish to participate in the SC football and cheerleading program. This is made possible through annual fundraising campaigns throughout the Season.

2018 Financial Assistance allowing for a $50.00 discount on standard flag and Tiny Mite cheer registration or $100 discount on standard tackle football and all other cheer registration.

An applicant shall:

  1. Submit a completed Financial Assistance Application by May 15th, 2018. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  2. Provide an explanation/reason for the request for financial assistance.

  3. On behalf of your child volunteer at least 10 hours during the season as reimbursement for the financial assistance.

Here are the qualifications to apply: You must meet a minimum of one (1) to apply.

1) Your child/dependent is enrolled in the California State School Lunch Program.

2) Your family can demonstrate an exceptional need.

3) You are from a family with a combined annual gross income as set forth in the guidelines below.
